Chris Rosslowe

Senior Energy & Climate Data Analyst

Chris specialises in clean energy systems and in his role at Ember uses future energy scenarios to provide insights and key data to track and guide the transition from fossil to clean – particularly in Europe. His recent work includes modelling a 2030 coal phase-out pathway for Czechia to inform the coal commission, and an analysis of net-zero frontrunners and their plans to build clean power systems by the 2030s.

Chris previously held roles in the UK Civil Service analysing energy & environmental policy, and holds a PhD in astrophysics. When not knee-deep in data, he can be found cycling or evangelising about Parkrun to anyone who will listen.
