Donor Relations and Impact Manager
Swati leads the philanthropic partnerships and impact portfolio at Ember, supporting with her expertise on strategic fundraising, managing donor relationships, grant management and communication. A social worker at heart, Swati carries a diverse experience in the Development sector, including strategic and innovative partnerships, account management, outcome orientation, sustainability and programme management.
She previously led a portfolio of >$10M of Local/Global strategic partnerships with multilaterals (UN agencies), bilaterals (Development Aid) and corporates to support child rights (Health, Nutrition, Education and Protection), humanitarian relief interventions and youth employment in her association with Save the Children, Generation India (founded by McKinsey and Company) amongst others.
Besides work, she enjoys playing musical instruments such as Harmonium/Sitar, painting mandalas and practising yoga.
