Tatiana Mindekova

Tatiana joined Ember’s Europe Team as a Policy Advisor with a particular focus on Central and Eastern Europe. Before joining Ember, Tatiana actively contributed to accelerating decarbonization efforts in the Czech Republic. She held the role of project manager at the Institute for European Policy EUROPEUM and provided consultancy services to the Alliance for Energy Self-Sufficiency.

Her work revolved around diverse climate and decarbonization issues, including overcoming barriers to renewable energy deployment and dispelling misinformation surrounding EU climate policies.Tatiana holds a Master’s degree in Environment, Politics, and Society from University College London. To compensate for the time spent in the office chair, she enjoys training for the next Spartan obstacle course race.
